Our company is a modern enterprise of manufacturing automobile engine parts and finished vehicle parts, which integrates gravity casting and machining.

Our company covers an area of 28,650m2 including a building area of 22,250m2, with the fixed assets of RMB 80 million. Currently, we have more than 300 employees and many engineering technology professionals, as well as strong product development and technical force.

Our main production equipment includes more than 200 pieces of casting and machining equipment such as ladled-out robots, horizontal gravity casting machines, tilting type overturn casting machines, horizontal core shooting machines, hot core box core shooting machines, hydraulic core shooting machines, horizontal vertical four-section mould mobile core shooting machines, shell core machines, continuous stick heat treatment furnaces, well-type resistance furnaces, well-type quenching furnaces, box-type aging furnaces, single/double-hook shot blasting machines, as well as horizontal machining centers imported from Japan and South Korea, vertical machining centers imported from Taiwan, LGMAZAK vertical machining centers, domestic vertical machining centers, CNC lathes, common machine tools, special machine tools, full-automatic pass-type cleaning machines, (cylinder covers, oil sump airtightness and water inspection equipment), etc.

Our main inspection equipment includes Hexagon coordinate measuring machines, roughmeters, electric spark direct-reading spectrometers, microelectronics universal testing machines, molten aluminum hydrogen gauges imported from Japan, digital hydraulic intensity testers, intelligent temperature control precoated sand sampling machines, intelligent gas-forming property testers, metallographic microscopes, table type Brinell hardenss testers and other kinds of processional inspection equipment. All the inspection equipment is checked and inspected in quality supervision departments or third-party detection institutions at regular intervals. All the operators for laboratories, coordinate measuring machines and other places have occupational qualifications and job certificates.

Our main products include cylinder cover series, speed reducer shell assemblies, semi-shaft sleeves, intake manifold series, lower engine blocks, steering gear supports, transmission shaft intermediate supports, transmission supports, support arms, intercooler interfaces, EGR valve seats, chain wheel chamber structure series and so on divided into more than fifty varieties.
